IMPORTANT: The file size is between 200-500 MB. Therefore, it is suggested that you leave download to run overnight.

Your Consult-Pro software registration information was provided with your software and contains all information you will need to login to your account. If this form has been lost or misplaced, use the following steps to retrieve this information:
1. Run the Chairside Program. Click on configuration and select the product name from the bottom as shown in the image below.
2. Now you should see the registration information as shown in the pic. Please note down your Key Number.
3. Remove the security key from your computer (please note: this will deactivate Chairside from running on this computer and all other computers sharing Chairside via the network). Within 30 seconds, the software registration screen will appear, please note and record the Client ID.
4. You now have all of the information required to login to the update website. Enter the information as shown below.
