System Requirements to run Chairside

• Intel® Core i5 or better
• Windows 10/11
• 8 GB of RAM
• 5.5 GB of available hard disk space on C: drive.
• Download speed of 10 mbps or greater.
• Windows UAC is recommended to be disabled. UAC enabled can cause the application to crash during updates.
• Our software is designed to run on 1920x1080 resolution with 100% DPI.
• NET 4.8 Framework installed.
• High Speed internet is strongly recommended.

Consult-PRO Web

General:

• Designed for Google Chrome
• This will be our iPad replacement for outdated apple app. Current app in the apple store, “Consult-PRO Mobile”, does not work on iOS 11.
• Consult-PRO Web is a website. It will work on all operating systems.

Fully functional items in Consult-PRO Web:

• Create patients
• Edit patients
• Save Favourites
• View history (History only contains chairside items)

Items that must be setup on Consult-PRO Cloud but can be viewed in Consult-PRO Web:

• Series
• Personal and Global Tabs
• Documents (Currently in beta, not released to the public)
• Share items with connect

Mac Users

• Consult-PRO Cloud cannot be installed on a mac operating system
• User can install a software such as Bootcamp or parallels with a compatible version of Windows to install our software.
• Consult-PRO Web will work on Mac operating systems.
