"As a male assistant, the patients often think I am the dentist. When I use the Consult-PRO software and go over the treatment options they are ready to go ahead with treatment before the dentist enters the room. It is great for those people who may have a language problem. With the pictures and animations they understand what we are trying to let them know, sometimes even if they do not speak a word of English. I love to use it because it makes me feel that I am involved with the patients and their treatment."
